Cryotherapy
This new-age therapy puts a cool spin on the traditional ice bath. Participants step into an octagon-shaped Cryosauna that fills with nitrogen vapor and drops the ambient temperature inside to a range of -90 degrees Celsius to -120 degrees Celsius.
